After six long years, it seems like Vivo's "S" series smartphones are soon going to make a comeback in India. The Vivo S2 BIS listing was spotted recently and now the colour options, RAM and storage models and pricing details of the smartphone have emerged online.
Vivo S2 Could Come in Two Variants and Three Colourways
The details come via tipster Abhishek Yadav, who took to X to share what appears to be a retailer listing document for the Vivo S2.
As per the document, the Vivo S2 will reportedly launch in two RAM and storage options - 8 GB + 128 GB and 8 GB + 256 GB. Both configurations will likely be available in three colour options - Sapphire Blue, Regal Bronze and Silk White.
In terms of pricing, the Vivo S2 price in India could start from Rs 38,000 and go all the way up to Rs 42,000:
- Vivo S2 8 GB + 128 GB variant price in India: Rs 38,000
- Vivo S2 8 GB + 256 GB variant price in India: Rs 42,000
Now, do note that the pricing details are for retailer listing and the actual selling price could be lower. Additionally, Vivo could also offer special launch discounts and bank offers to bring the price further down to possibly under Rs 35,000.
At that price, the phone could go head-to-head with the likes of the Nothing Phone 4b, Redmi Turbo 5 and the Samsung Galaxy A37 5G.
There is no word on the phone's key specifications yet. However, we can expect those details to surface in the coming days. So, stay tuned.
