After months of teasers, Vivo has officially launched the X300 FE in India today. It builds on the well-received X200 FE with a refreshed design and significantly upgraded internals, all packed inside a small 6.31-inch body, making it one of the few genuine compact flagships that you can buy in India right now. Here is everything you need to know.

Vivo X300 FE Specifications and Features

The Vivo X300 FE launched in Russia earlier this year, and the Indian variant seems to sport similar specifications. It comes with a 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 5,000 nits peak brightness, protected by Gorilla Glass 7i on the front. It also carries both IP68 and IP69  ratings for water and dust resistance.

Under the hood, the Vivo X300 FE is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset paired with 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. It ships with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, with a 5-year promise of major software updates and seven years of security patches.

On the camera front, the X300 FE features a triple rear camera setup. The main shooter is a 50MP Sony IMX-921 with ZEISS optics, paired with a 50MP Sony IMX-882 3x telephoto lens and an 8MP ultrawide camera. The front camera is a 50MP shooter with autofocus. On paper, this is the same configuration as the Vivo S50 Pro Mini that launched in China.
