Vivo made the X300 series official in China a few weeks back. Along with the smartphones, a dedicated ZEISS Teleconverter Kit was also introduced in the country to provide an additional telephoto accessory for the smartphones. Now, looks like the same accessory is also heading to India alongside the Vivo X300 series.
Vivo X300 series will support the Zeiss-branded 2.35x telephoto Teleconverter kit in India
Tech publication SmartPrix claims that Vivo will bring the ZEISS Teleconverter Kit to India, which has remained exclusive to China until now. Just like the Vivo X300 series in China, the Indian models of the X300 and the X300 Pro will support the 2.35x telephoto lens, which will be able to unlock 200mm, 400mm and 800mm focal lengths.

If true, this will definitely become good news for fans in India since the teleconverter kit will help Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro owners to unlock the full potential of the smartphones camera capabilities.
Moreover, the lens will feature a dedicated camera mount, which will improve the overall stability of still and motion shots. Other than that, the kit will also bring a detachable camera grip, a lanyard and handgrip, lens rings and a dedicated case back to attach the telephoto lens.

That said, Vivo has not officially confirmed the launch date of the phones in India. A previous leak claimed that the Vivo X300 series India launch will happen by first week of December. Both phones will directly succeed the X200 lineup in India and will bring a new cold sculpted back design to the table with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor at the helm.
The lineup will also become the first phones to ship with OriginOS 6 in India. Additionally, the Indian models will also carry the same 200 MP Samsung ISOCESS HPB "Thanos" sensor as the main camera on the X300 and the periscope module on the X300 Pro.

Apart from that, both smartphones will bring the new BOE Q10+ LTPO AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. In terms of battery and charging, the standard X300 will gain a 6,040mAh cell, while the Pro will max out at 6,510mAh capacity. Both phones will support 90W fast USB-C charging and 40W wireless charging.
