A few weeks ago, Vivo officially introduced the X300 series in China. They became the first set of phones to ship with the Dimensity 9500 chip and OriginOS 6. Now, a new leak reveals when the flagships will arrive in India.
Vivo X300 series could launch in India in December first week
Tech publication SmartPrix claims that Vivo is eyeing December 2025 to launch the X300 series in India. While the publication has not commented on the exact launch date, it claims that the unveiling will happen within the first week of the month. If true, it will be good to get the India launch just a month after the Vivo X300 launch in China.

If true, the X300 lineup will directly compete with Oppo since the Find X9 series India launch is said to happen on November 18, 2025. Hence, the battle of the flagships will heat up the Indian smartphone scene with some drool-worthy end-of-the-year launches.
That said, the Vivo X300 and the Vivo X300 Pro will directly succeed the X200 lineup in India. Both phones now bring a new cold sculpted back design to the table with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor underneath.
While they will most probably not become the first phones to ship with the new chipset, they can definitely take the crown when it comes to the first OriginOS 6 smartphones in India. The smartphones will also bring the new 200 MP Samsung ISOCESS HPB "Thanos" sensor to India, as the main camera on the X300 and the periscope module on the X300 Pro.

Other than that, both smartphone will bring a new BOE Q10+ LTPO AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. Moreover, when it comes to battery and charging, while the standard X300 will gain a 6,040mAh cell, the Pro will max out at 6,510mAh capacity. Both phones will support 90W fast USB-C charging and 40W wireless charging.
Apart from that, the X300 lineup will also feature a dual IP68 + IP69 dust and water resistance rating, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, an Infrared port and more. Hence, expect to see a complete flagship package from Vivo with the X300 series in India. Moreover, the Vivo X300 Zeiss Teleconverter Kit, which debuted in China, is also expected to make its way to India.
