At the ongoing MWC 2026 event in Barcelona, Spain, Vivo has officially showcased the upcoming Vivo X300 Ultra. It has been shown off with a redesigned Vivo Teleconverter kit and a slew of professional accessories, making this the most ambitious "Ultra" phone from Vivo yet.
Vivo X300 Ultra teleconverter kit offers up to 30x lossless digital zoom
With every Ultra-branded phone, Vivo steps up its imaging game significantly and the Vivo X300 Ultra is no exception. It now comes with a new 400mm Zeiss teleconverter lens, which can deliver up to 17x in-sensor optical zoom and support 30x lossless digital zoom with 800mm focal distance.

For context, both the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro feature a 200mm Zeiss teleconverter lens with 2.35x optical zoom. Moreover, compared to the Vivo X200 Ultra, the X300 Ultra can reach double the range with its Vivo Zeiss Telephoto Extender Gen2 Ultra attachment.
Moreover, Vivo has also showcased a range of professional camera accessories, which will be made available with the Vivo X300 Ultra. It contains a new grip handle, cooling fan, camera cage rig and an external light support. The camera shutter grip has also been redesigned with new physical controls and a larger battery.

Vivo X300 Ultra Specifications and Features (Expected)
Now, while the X300 Ultra's showcase confirms its global availability, Vivo is yet to reveal the design and the core specifications of the smartphone.
Based on the current Vivo X300 Ultra camera leak, it is expected to include a 200 MP Samsung HPB "Thanos" main camera, a 200 MP Samsung HPB "Thanos" periscope lens and a 50 MP ultra-wide angle camera. The setup will be backed by ZEISS Imaging and will reportedly have T*-coated APO lenses.
The phone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and feature a large 6.82-inch 2K LTPO OLED display with a 120 Hz high refresh rate. The X300 Ultra could also pack a big 7,000mAh battery with 100W fast USB-C charging and 40W wireless charging support.
Vivo is yet to reveal when the X300 Ultra will launch and at what price. However, it will be the first Ultra to make it out of China and into global markets. However, the India launch of the phone remains unclear.
