After many leaks and rumours surrounding Lenskart's smart glasses, the brand has finally unveiled "B by Lenskart", its very first AI smart glasses. Announced back in the Snapdragon for India event in 2025, the glasses are powered by a Snapdragon processor and can take pictures, play music and help users with their queries.
'B by Lenskart' Early Access Opens up with Discounts
Following the Lenskart-Qualcomm partnership announcement in 2025, Lenskart has announced its B smart glasses via its official landing page. It highlights all the features of the glasses, including their design, carry case and details about their on-board camera's photo and video capabilities. Capturing content seems to be a central part of the glasses, just like the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses.

For starters, early adopters can score the B smart glasses for Rs 22,000 from their usual price of Rs 27,000. The glasses are shown in just one Matte Black colourway with a 12 MP Sony camera that can capture photos and record in up to 1080p at 30 frames per second.
At the heart of the glasses lies the Snapdragon AR1 Gen 1 chipset, the same processor found in the likes of the Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1 and Gen 2. There's 32 GB of storage and a small LED light for privacy. The glasses connect to the B by Lenskart companion app, where users can access all the recordings and photos.
The glasses also boast two speakers near the ears for listening to music or taking calls, alongside three microphones. Lenskart promises up to 4 hours of battery life on a single charge and up to 48 hours with the case. A 15-minute charge can juice them up to 50%. Besides, the glasses can be charged both via the case and a USB cable, which plugs into the right temple tip of the glasses.

Lenskart also claims these glasses come with a built-in AI called Buddy. It's powered by Gemini and can be invoked by the keyword "Hey Buddy". The page also claims that it understands more than 40 different languages.
Users interested in trying them out can now register on the official website by entering their details, like name and phone number, followed by the platform they use and answering a few questions.
Once registered, someone from the Lenskart team will reach out via WhatsApp or email with a private order link, after which users can choose their frames and configure their prescription lenses.
While there's no information about the official launch date, more information about B by Lenskart should be revealed as the glasses are seeded to the initial testers. Until then, stay tuned.
