As the Honor X80 Pro Max leak fest revealed a handful of key specifications recently, Honor has decided to take things into its own hands now. The brand has revealed that the Honor X80 Pro Max will be the first smartphone in the world to reach unprecedented levels of brightness outdoors.
Honor X80 Pro Max Display Specs Revealed
The official Honor Weibo account shared the display specifications of the upcoming Honor X80 Pro Max. The smartphone will boast a maximum display brightness of 10,000 nits, while rocking a 1.5K display with a 120 Hz refresh rate.

The post also contains an image revealing the punch-hole display of the smartphone with slimmer bezels surrounding it. Additionally, the bezels are confirmed to be just 1.3 mm thick, while the right side of the frame can be seen housing a power button and volume rockers.
Bear in mind that the phone will probably only hit the 10,000 nit mark outdoors when the sun is too unforgiving. This marks a massive leap forward for smartphone displays. However, despite the enhanced brightness, the smartphone will arrive with enhanced eye protection.
As for the other specifications, the Honor X80 Pro Max battery is said to be a whopping 11,000mAh cell that may charge at 90W. Despite packing a monstrous battery capacity, the phone is expected to stay relatively thin at 8 mm and weigh 203 grams.
The smartphone is tipped to boast a Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset, which was launched recently. Optics-wise, the phone could boast a 50 MP main camera coupled with an 8 MP front camera for selfies. Besides, the phone has been confirmed to boast maximum endurance with IP69 and 69K and MIL-STD 810H protection ratings.
The Honor X80 Pro Max launch date is all set for June 22, 2026, at 4:30 PM IST, and more information about its exact specifications should be unveiled as we inch closer, so stay tuned.
