iQOO has finally launched its newest flagship phone for 2026 in China, the iQOO 15 Ultra. This is the brand's first Ultra-branded and it brings a whole new level to the uber-premium smartphone game. From built-in cooling fan and shoulder triggers to the top-of-the-line Snapdragon processor, this phone is beefed out from top to bottom.
iQOO 15 Ultra Specifications and Features
Kicking things off with the design, the iQOO 15 Ultra features a new hexagonal honeycomb-like textured back, a top-left aligned large squircle camera deco and flat metal sides. The smartphone brings a heavy gamer-esque look to the table.
It is also targeted towards gamers with pressure-sensitive shoulder trigger buttons, a breathing Light Stip at the back and a fully functional airflow fan inside. The iQOO 15 Ultra is one of the coolest-looking iQOO phone till date.

Under the hood, the iQOO 15 Ultra is powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. It is paired with up to 24 GB of LPDDR5x Ultra RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.1 storage. Also, iQOO is using the same Q3 Gaming chip that we saw inside the iQOO 15. It can deliver 2K Super Resolution and native 144 FPS Super Frame Rate in supported games.
Moreover, with the iQOO 15 Ultra, cooling has also taken a big leap. Not only does the smartphone bring an 8,000 mm² vapour chamber cooling module, but it also manages to fit a physical cooling fan inside. For effective heat dissipation, the phone has a discrete air intake vent below the camera module and an air exhaust vent at the frame.

Software-wise, the phone ships with the latest OriginOS 6 update out of the box. It brings a new transparent UI, Blue River Smooth Engine, updated Atomic Island, notification and widgets stacking, cross-ecosystem connectivity and several AI features.
At the front, the phone is fitted with a 6.85-inch 2K 144 Hz flat LTPO OLED display. It uses Samsung's M14 ultra-luminous 2K Everest OLED panel and can reach up to 1 nit of low brightness and a whopping 8,000 nits of peak brightness.

Talking about the cameras, it shares the same triple rear lens setup as that of the iQOO 15. It comprises a 50 MP Sony IMX921 main sensor, a 50 MP 3x Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens and a 50 MP 150° ultra-wide angle camera. There is also a 32 MP selfie camera at the front.
As for the battery, there is a large 7,400mAh cell inside the iQOO 15 Ultra. It supports 100W fast USB-C charging. Other than that, the phone also brings an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, an infrared sensor, GPS, dual SIM 5G and a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port.

Lastly, coming to the pricing, iQOO 15 Ultra has launched in China starting from 5,699 Chinese yuan (approximately Rs 74,000) for the 12 GB + 256 GB model. It is also available in two other RAM and storage configurations and the top-end variant costs 7,699 Chinese yuan (approximately Rs 1,00,000). As for the colour options, interested folks will be able to grab the phone in 2077 Flowing Orange and 2049 Cold Blue hues.
