Motorola has been on a roll at MWC 2026, launching the Motorola Razr Fold and Edge 70 Fusion. Alongside, the brand has also launched the Moto Buds 2 and Buds 2 Plus at the event, with the former focusing on longer battery life and affordability, while the latter leans on Sound by Bose tuning.
Moto Buds 2 and Buds 2 Plus Specifications and Features
Both earbuds share a strong common foundation. They support Hi-Res Audio with LHDC codec compatibility, Spatial Audio and up to 55 dB Dynamic ANC alongside a Transparency Mode.
Motorola has also equipped both models with six microphones and ENC for improved call clarity, along with CrystalTalk AI noise reduction.

Connectivity is handled via Bluetooth 6.0 on both the earbuds and each supports multipoint connection for seamless switching between devices.
Users also get low-latency Gaming Mode, customisable touch controls and integration with the Moto Buds app for EQ adjustments and firmware updates. Design-wise, both follow an in-ear TWS form factor and ship with a charging case.

The Moto Buds 2 Plus is priced at 149 euros (approximately Rs 16,000), while the Moto Buds 2 costs 79 euros (approximately Rs 8,500). Both models are rolling out across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia-Pacific markets following their MWC 2026 debut.

With this launch, Motorola is clearly segmenting its audio play, one tuned in collaboration with Bose for premium listeners, while the other for those who want more juice and value.
