India is one of the key smartphone and peripherals market for OnePlus. A while back, OnePlus already reinforced its commitment to stronger after-sales service across India with a lifetime display warranty for the notorious green line issue. Now, the brand is expanding its door-to-door repair services to cover a majority of pin codes across the Country.
OnePlus now covers more than 19,000 pin codes across India for its door-to-door repair services. Introduced way back in 2020, OnePlus piloted its doorstep after-sales service in India. Back then, the brand serviced only six cities, primarily Tier-1 metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. For the next five years, the brand was able to reach 8,000+ pin codes.
Now, OnePlus services all of the Tier-1 cities in India, and almost covers most of the Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities across the subcontinent. So, OnePlus device owners hailing from cities like Nagpur, Kochi, Patna, and so forth, will be able to enjoy OnePlus' hassle-free doorstep pick-up and drop-off services.

This is part of OnePlus' Project Starlight initiative that was introduced in December 2024, and is committed to strengthening the Indian after-sales service scene. With an estimated investment of Rs 6,000 crores, the brand will double down on repairability for the next three years.
At OnePlus, our users have always been at the core of all our efforts. And this extends to our customer service efforts, too. As we continue to build our community in India, strengthening our customer service and service network is not just a priority—it’s a commitment. We believe that delivering a truly premium experience goes beyond the product itself; it lies in how we support and stand by our community at every step. This customer service expansion is a vital part of our long-term vision for India, empowering more users with timely, transparent, and dependable support.

As part of the doorstep service, customers will be able to raise a repair request via the OnePlus Support page. Once accepted, the device will be picked up from the customer's location free of cost by the nearest OnePlus service centre. Once the issue is fixed, it will also deliver the device to the concerned customer's doorstep for free.
Apart from this, OnePlus' multi-channel customer support system is also live across the country. You will be able to enjoy dedicated call centre support, real-time live chats and WhatsApp support, and priority e-mail services.

Additionally, customers will be able to enjoy a suite of services for the next four days, courtesy of OnePlus' Service Camp, that piloted from June 20. It will end on June 30, 2025, and will offer a variety of customer-focused services like free device health check-ups and software updates for all OnePlus smartphones.
Additionally, out-of-warranty OnePlus smartphone owners will be able to get their devices checked free of cost and avail certain free repair benefits as well.
Now, this support expansion is primarily for OnePlus smartphone owners. However, customers can also avail of a multitude of other services as well as priority assistance on OnePlus tablets, watches, TWS and more as well.
