The OnePlus Nord CE 6 and Nord CE 6 Lite will launch in India today, on May 7, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST. While it doesn't seem like there will be a dedicated livestream, the dedicated official OnePlus India landing page and Amazon microsite will be updated to reflect all the details. However, the brand has already revealed a bunch of the Nord CE 6 and Nord CE 6 Lite specifications.
OnePlus Nord CE 6, Nord CE 6 Lite Specifications
The OnePlus Nord CE 6 is undoubtedly the top-tier model in the lineup, featuring the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset with a dedicated Touch Reflex Chip. OnePlus is promising 144 FPS gaming in supported titles. On the software front, the phone will run on OxygenOS 16, with the brand promising "smoothness that lasts for six years."
At the front, there's a 6.78-inch 144 Hz 1.5K display with a fast 144 Hz refresh rate, 1,800-nit peak brightness, and 3,840 Hz PWM dimming frequency.
Fueling it all will be a massive 8,000mAh battery, just like the newly launched OnePlus Nord 6. The brand is promising over 2.5 days of backup on a single charge.
OnePlus is also building the Nord CE 6 to be a durable monster, with IP65, IP66, IP69K and IP68 ratings. In terms of optics, the OnePlus Nord CE 6 features a 50 MP 4K main rear camera with OIS and a 32 MP 4K selfie camera with autofocus.
As for the OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite, it will arrive with a 144 Hz display and the Dimensity 7400 Apex chipset. According to OnePlus, this is the segment's highest FPS for gaming, with up to 144 FPS in supported titles.
Fueling it will be a slightly smaller 7,000mAh battery that promises to deliver up to 2 days on a single charge.
Additionally, the OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite sports a 50 MP primary rear camera with 4K video recording and support for 4K Motion Photos.
OnePlus Nord CE 6, Nord CE 6 Lite Price in India and Availability (Expected)
While the company hasn't disclosed official pricing yet, we can estimate based on the specifications and how the predecessors were priced. The OnePlus Nord CE 6 price in India could start at around Rs 30,000 in India, while the Nord CE 6 Lite could start closer to Rs 20,000.
For reference, the OnePlus Nord CE 5 launched for Rs 24,999 last year. Meanwhile, the last direct predecessor to the Nord CE 6 Lite, the Nord CE 4 Lite, launched for Rs 19,999. However, due to the ongoing RAM crisis, we are expecting to see those price hikes.
Apart from that, we already know that the phones will be available to purchase via Amazon and the official OnePlus India website. Recently, ahead of launch, the brand also confirmed the OnePlus Nord CE 6 and Nord CE 6 Lite sale dates in India. The phone will go on sale starting May 8, 2026, and May 12, 2026, respectively.
