Although we are in the early months of 2026, leaks about the upcoming Oppo flagships, the Find X10 lineup, have already started emerging online. It is expected to bring major hardware upgrades and launch by the end of this year. Now, a new leak has revealed a lot of the standard Find X10's specs, hinting at a major upgrade.
Oppo Find X10 Specifications Leaked
Prolific tipster Digital Chat Station (DCS) has made a new Weibo post, claiming that Oppo is currently testing the upcoming Oppo Find X10 with a 3nm Dimensity processor. While the leaker has not mentioned exactly which chip, several rumours indicate a new Dimensity 9500 Plus processor, essentially an overclocked variant of the Dimensity 9500 chipset.

If true, this will only bring a slight upgrade over the Oppo Find X9 since it comes with the Dimensity 9500 processor. However, the real improvement could be seen in the Find X10's display, as it has been leaked to bring a 6.59-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED panel with a 165 Hz refresh rate.
This is a clear step up over the Find X9's panel, which supports a 120 Hz refresh rate and comes with an LTPS panel. Even in the battery department, the smartphone could see a jump from 7,025mAh to a whopping 8,000mAh capacity.

Cameras are another area where the Oppo Find X10 could bring a massive leap over the Find X9. DCS claims the brand is currently evaluating a 200 MP Samsung HPC main camera with either a large 1/1.3-inch sensor or a smaller 1/1.4-inch sensor. It is a clear step up over the 50 MP Sony LYT-808 primary sensor of the Find X9.
Even the periscope module could see a significant spec bump with either a 64 MP 1/2-inch sensor or a 200 MP 1/1.56-inch sensor in consideration. Both are an upgrade over the 50 MP Sony LYT-600 periscope sensor on the Find X9.
As for the rest, the phone is said to get an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, possibly IP66 + IP68 + IP69 ratings and a dedicated AI button. That said, with a Q4 2026 launch window, there is still plenty of time left for more concrete details to emerge for the phone. There is also the possibility of the Find X10 series getting built-in magnets for Qi2 wireless charging support.
