Samsung is reportedly working to bring back its "Lite" tablets with the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite. The tablet has been spotted on the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) certification website, which gives us a look at its battery details.
For those unaware, the FCC database logs and publishes details of devices seeking approval to be sold in the U.S. First spotted by Android Headlines, the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite has appeared with the SM-X400 model number on this database. This hints at an imminent launch of the device in the U.S.

Now, while this listing doesn't give us an exact battery capacity, we see the EB-BX526ABY model number for the battery. As per the publication, this is the same unit powering the Galaxy Tab S10 FE, which packs an 8,000mAh battery. Going by that, we can expect the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Lite to come with similar battery capacity.
Additionally, the listing also suggests the presence of 45W charging, which is again similar to what we get on the Tab S10 FE. Moreover, the database shows support for S-Pen too. The Tab S6 Lite came with the stylus right in the box, so one can expect the upcoming S10 Lite to carry one too.
Apart from this, previous leaks have suggested the Exynos 1380 chipset to power the tablet and offer 6 GB of RAM. On the software front, it might run on Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box.
Overall, just like its five-year old predecessor, the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite will most likely sit below the S10 FE as a budget offering. For now, this is all that is known about the device. However, nothing is official, so take it all with a grain of salt. Hopefully, we will get to hear official details from the brand about this tablet soon.
