Vivo and iQOO have both confirmed the registration date for the OriginOS 6 Preview Program for users in India, ahead of the update's global launch next month.
The official India X accounts of both Vivo and iQOO shared that they will start accepting registrations for the OriginOS 6 Preview Program from September 29, 2025. That means owners of select Vivo and iQOO phones will be able to apply for testing the upcoming OS, ahead of the official OriginOS 6 China launch on October 10, 2025.

Besides this information, iQOO has also confirmed that OriginOS 6 will debut in India on October 15, 2025, on the same day as its global launch. The brands' didn't reveal anything more about the supported devices or new features of the update, except for saying that it will be the "smoothest Android experience yet".
However, Vivo's X post does mention the "#vivoXSeries" hashtag, which could mean that OriginOS 6 may first roll out to the last year's Vivo X200 and X200 Pro. On the other hand, iQOO India Product Management DGM, Shankar Singh confirmed on X that OriginOS 6 Preview will hit the iQOO 13 first before any other device.
So, interested owners of the Vivo X200 series and iQOO 13 should certainly get a chance to enter the OriginOS 6 Preview Program tomorrow, on September 29, 2025.

While a lot of it is still under the wraps, a recent OriginOS 6 lockscreen design teaser suggested Liquid Glass-like translucent elements, and it's unlikely that this is going to be the only iOS 26 features it'll copy. Those doubts may soon be cleared, as it's just a matter of hours now before we get a glimpse of OriginOS 6 when it goes on preview soon.
