Vivo is expected to launch its X300 series later this month. With just days to go before the official unveiling, we now have new information that reveal the battery sizes of the upcoming models.
According to a video posted by New Review Technology, the Vivo X300 Pro will pack a 6,510mAh battery. This information appears to be true, since Vivo Product Manager Han Boxiao reposted the video on his official Weibo account.
The standard Vivo X300, on the other hand, will feature a 6,040mAh battery, as revealed by Chinese bloggers Bald Panda and Experience More. Both the X300 models are tipped to support 90W fast charging and wireless charging. Since this wired charging standard is identical to that of the Vivo X200 series, we believe the upcoming models will be able to wirelessly charge at 30W, at the very least.

At 6,510mAh, the battery on the Vivo X300 Pro is getting a decent 8.5% bump over the X200 Pro's 6,000mAh power unit and this difference will be noticeable in prolonged usage. For the standard X300 variant, however, the difference is marginal, with a 4% increase over the 5,800mAh battery on the Vivo X200.
The Vivo X300 launch date is scheduled for October 13, 2025 in China. The brand has already confirmed the X300 Pro's camera features with a dedicated Zeiss Teleconverter kit and has teased X300's sculpted glass design.
Other than that, the Vivo X300 series is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, a 7,000mAh battery and a 6.78-inch QHD+ 120 Hz AMOLED display. With just over a week to go until launch, we're hopeful to get more details about the upcoming phones in the days ahead.
