Vivo's "X Ultra" series has always boasted superior smartphone photography. It launches every year as the pinnacle of the "X" series and the upcoming X300 Ultra is no different. While the previous leaks hinted at a capable camera system, the new report suggests an ultra-level upgrade in the battery department.
Vivo X300 Ultra specs could include a 7,000mAh battery
Tipster Smart Pikachu has revealed via Weibo that the upcoming Vivo X300 Ultra will sport an impressive 7,000mAh battery capacity. This will make this the biggest battery phone of the entire "X300" lineup and the "X Ultra" series.

For context, the Vivo X200 Ultra featured a 6,000mAh battery while the X300 and the X300 Pro got a 6,040mAh and 6,510mAh battery, respectively. So, with the X300 Ultra, Vivo is upping its battery game considerably.
Moreover, based on what we have heard about the upcoming smartphone so far, it is shaping up to be a true top-tier offering in 2026. For starters, an early X300 Ultra camera specs leak hinted at a triple-rear camera setup with a 200 MP main camera, a 200 MP periscope lens and a 50 MP ultra-wide angle camera.

Also, it is said to use the Sony IMX09E sensor for the main camera, while the periscope lens will reportedly bring the new Samsung HPB "Thanos" sensor to the table. It is the exact one found inside the Vivo X300 and the Vivo X300 Pro. Vivo might use the Sony IMX09A sensor for the ultra-wide lens. The X300 Ultra will also continue the brand's collaboration with Zeiss Optics.
Unlike the upcoming Vivo X300 series in India, which will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip, the X300 Ultra could flaunt the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. That said, expect to see the Vivo X300 Ultra go official in China somewhere around April 2026 as Smart Pikachu hints at a Q1 2026 launch window. The X300 Ultra global launch is also in the cards. So, expect the smartphone to arrive in India as well.
