The Vivo X300 Ultra is one of the most anticipated launches of 2026. While fans await to see the next big leap in smartphone imaging, Vivo has been tight lipped about the smartphone. Now, it looks like the brand is prepping for an imminent launch as the latest certification listing confirms the phone's name and SKU.
Vivo X300 Ultra surfaces in Indonesia's SDPPI listing
Spotted by known tipster Anvin on X, the Vivo X300 Ultra has now been certified under the SDPPI radio listing in Indonesia. It is the country's mandatory telecommunications and wireless equipment registration platform that ensures only standardised devices can be sold in the country.

The listing clearly mentions the "X300 Ultra" moniker and also reveals the V2562 model number. Moreover, this is also a strong indication of a previous report that claimed that the Vivo X300 is going global in 2026. If true, there is also a strong chance the phone will launch in India.
This will be a real treat for Vivo fans in India who have been waiting to experience the top-of-the-line camera offering of the Ultra series. Also, based on what we have heard so far, it is shaping up to be an interesting offering. For starters, a previous X300 Ultra camera leak hinted that the phone will feature a triple rear camera setup with a 200 MP main camera, a 200 MP periscope lens and a 50 MP ultra-wide angle camera.

It could draw its power from the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and is expected to be paired with 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.1.storage. Also, just like the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro, the X300 Ultra is expected to incorporate LIPO (Low-Injection Pressure Over-Moulding) technology for an almost bezel-less display. It could boast a 6.82-inch flat 2K BOE OLED panel.
That said, current estimates put the Vivo X300 Ultra launch somewhere in March 2026. It should go official in China first before entering global markets. With the Oppo Find X9 Ultra India launch also reportedly happening this year, it will be interesting to see how well they fare and at what price they launch.
