Both phones have been teased with a dual-tone Green back with a large circular camera deco. The X300s has a relatively seamless island thanks to the Cold Carving process that Vivo has incorporated with the X300 series. The X300 Ultra, on the other hand, has a massively protruding island, thanks to all the camera hardware it packs. Both have been showcased with Zeiss Teleconverter support, with the X300 Ultra gaining the all-new Vivo Zeiss Telephoto Extender Gen2 Ultra attachment.

Moreover, alongside the two new phones, Vivo will also launch a new Vivo Pad 6 Pro tablet at the same event. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and will ship with a 13.2-inch 4K LCD and 13,000mAh battery capacity. Pad 6 Pro will be offered with up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage.
