The current tech landscape is slowly transitioning into an XR era, with manufacturers increasingly working on mixed reality platforms. One of them is XREAL, which entered the space with the Xreal Air and recently made the headlines with the XREAL Project Aura at Google I/O 2026. And it looks like the XREAL Aura launch has now been confirmed.
XREAL Aura Blends Glasses with Headsets
XREAL has confirmed in today's Augmented World Expo that it will launch its highly anticipated XR glasses, "Aura", and they're arriving this Fall. That said, the brand is yet to announce the official pricing of the Aura glasses. Although there is a text on the page that says the final retail price will be no more than $1500 (approx Rs 1,45,000). Besides, there's a $299 (approx Rs 28,000) deposit tier too for the first 2,000 buyers, which will get them numbered glasses and launch-day delivery.

For those unaware, the XREAL Aura XR Glasses will be powered by the recently announced Snapdragon Reality Elite processor and will be the first XR glasses to be powered by the Android XR platform. The glasses are meant for those who want spatial computing without the added bulk of traditional mixed reality headsets.
