Alongside the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro and the Pixel 10 Pro XL, Google is also expected to unveil the Pixel 10 Pro Fold this year with notable spec upgrades. Now, the device has made an appearance on Geekbench, giving us an idea of the kind of performance Google's next book-style foldable will pack.
Spotted by tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold (code name: rango) has been listed on Geekbench 6 with the "sched_pixel" mobile platform. The device managed to score 2,276 points in the single-core test, while it hit 6,173 points in the multi-core test.

The listing has also given us a good look into the processor used in the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. It is an octa-core SoC with 5 Cortex-A725 cores @ 3.05GHz, 2 Cortex-A520 cores @ 2.25GHz and 1 Cortex-X4 core @ 3.78GHz.
Moreover, the tipster also dug deeper to find that the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold will use a PowerVR D-Series GPU, namely the DXT-48-1536.

Since we already know that Google will use its in-house Tensor G5 SoC for the Pixel 10 lineup, this confirms (sort of) the final CPU and GPU configuration of the said chipset. We also get to know that this variant packs 16 GB of RAM and is running on Android 16.
The Pixel series devices were never known for their sheer performance and it looks like the Tensor G5 will remain remarkably under-powered as well. It is substantially behind the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 SoC, whose Geekbench scores also surfaced a while back. It is closest to last year's Dimensity 9300 SoC and manages to dethrone the Vivo X200 FE's Dimensity 9300+. The saving grace here could be the new Imagination Technologies' GPU which is expected to debut with the Pixel 10 lineup.

Apart from this, the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold is expected to be the first foldable smartphone to come with the IP68 water and dust resistance rating. It will also reportedly bring a new hinge design, making it slimmer for a better in-hand feel.
Additionally, reports indicate a larger cover display for the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. To recall, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold came with a 6.3-inch cover screen. So, expect the cover screen on the Pixel 10 Pro Fold to be somewhere around the 6.5-inch mark.
With that being said, as of now, these are all speculations. So take these developments with a grain of salt. However, expect the Pixel 10 Pro Fold to be a generational upgrade over the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. We will know for sure once Google unveils the Pixel 10 series officially later in 2025.
