The Poco M8 Power India launch was teased recently and now the brand has confirmed the exact launch date of the phone, while also revealing some of its key specifications.
Poco M8 Power Launch Date in India Announced
The Poco M8 Power's dedicated Flipkart microsite confirms that the phone will be launching on August 4, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST. The poster shows off the smartphone in an orange colourway, rocking a single camera alongside an LED ring. The back also houses a raised rectangular camera island.
Besides revealing the back design of the smartphone, the page confirms the phone will pack an 8,000mAh battery and an AMOLED display.

Poco M8 Power Expected Specifications
As for the specifications, while not confirmed, the Poco M8 Power is expected to arrive as a rebranded Redmi Note 17. Going by that, we can expect it to feature a 7-inch FHD+ display, a 50 MP primary camera and a Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chipset. The 8,000mAh battery could be complemented by a 45W battery.
Complementing the performance could be up to 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Besides, the Poco M8 Power is expected to arrive with HyperOS 3 features out of the box based on Android 16.
