Poco X8 Pro and X8 Pro Max Prices Increased in India
Buyers planning to purchase these Poco phones will need to shell out more. Starting with the Poco X8 Pro, the 8 GB + 256 GB variant now costs Rs 39,999 (up from Rs 36,999) and the 12 GB + 256 GB variant now costs Rs 42,999 (previously Rs 39,999). That's a flat Rs 3,000 increase over the previous pricing.

On the other hand, the more expensive Poco X8 Pro Max sees a Rs 2,000 price increase across the board. The base 12 GB + 256 GB variant now costs Rs 48,999 (up from Rs 46,999), whereas the maxed-out 12 GB + 512 GB storage variant climbs to Rs 52,999 (previously Rs 50,999).
Here's a rundown of the latest hikes on these two Poco phones:
| Poco Phone | Old Price | New Hiked Price |
|---|---|---|
| Poco X8 Pro 8 GB + 256 GB | Rs 36,999 | Rs 39,999 (Rs 3,000 price hike) |
| Poco X8 Pro 12 GB + 256 GB | Rs 39,999 | Rs 42,999 (Rs 3,000 price hike) |
| Poco X8 Pro Max 12 GB + 256 GB | Rs 46,999 | Rs 48,999 (Rs 2,000 price hike) |
| Poco X8 Pro Max 12 GB + 512 GB | Rs 50,999 | Rs 52,999 (Rs 2,000 price hike) |
This price hike comes hot on the heels of recent OnePlus smartphone price hikes, indicating that rising component costs due to the RAM crisis continue to hit upper mid-range smartphones the hardest.
Besides, budget Poco smartphones have also received price hikes, including the likes of the Poco C85 5G, Poco C81X and Poco C81. The more affordable options in the market appear to be the most affected.
