Samsung is gearing up to launch its foldables next month, but another lineup it could launch is the flagship Galaxy S tablets. The upcoming Galaxy Tab S11 series is the next in line, and the Ultra variant of the lineup has been spotted on Geekbench featuring a MediaTek processor.
A Geekbench listing suggests that Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra could get the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC. The tablet with SKU SM-X738B scores 1,420 and 5,312 in single-core and multi-core tests respectively. The listing also reveals that the tablet is running on Android 16 which could be possibly be One UI 8.

These scores do appear to be lower than other Dimensity 9400+ powered phones that managed to score around 3,000 in single-core and 9,000 in multi-core. However, it could be because the device is quite early in testing.
The onboard SoC has a 1+3+4 architecture, featuring 1x Cortex-X925 core clocked at 3.73 GHz, 3x Cortex-X4 cores clocked at 3.3 GHz and 4x Cortex-A720 cores clocked at 2.4 GHz.

As for the other specifications, we expect the tablet to have Samsung's 2x Dynamic AMOLED display, just like its predecessor. Besides, it's expected to come with 12 GB of base RAM coupled with 256 GB of UFS 4.0 storage. Additionally, it could equip Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, a stylus, and a four-speaker setup.
With competitors like OnePlus closing in with the OnePlus Pad 3, it will be interesting to see how the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra competes with the same. Although, based on previous Samsung Tablet launches, we can say that the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra will be significantly more expensive.
