Priced at Rs 84,999, this 8 GB + 256 GB variant is now the most affordable entry point into the Vivo X300 FE. It provides a buffer for buyers after the brand bumped the Vivo X300 FE price by Rs 3,000 due to the ongoing RAM crisis.

For those unaware, Vivo launched the 12 GB + 256 GB variant as the base variant for Rs 79,999. It has since received two price bumps, now costing Rs 89,999, a whopping Rs 10,000 increase since launch. Similarly, its 12 GB + 512 GB variant now costs Rs 99,999.

That said, the 8 GB variant is still being offered in three colours – Noir Black, Lilac Purple and Urban Olive. It is already available on Flipkart, Amazon and Vivo's official India storefront.

The Vivo X300 FE features a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor and is fueled by a 6,500mAh battery, paired with 90W fast charging. The phone also boasts a 6.31-inch compact 120 Hz LTPO display and brings triple 50 MP Zeiss-tuned cameras, including wide, ultrawide and telephoto snappers.

Complementing the performance are LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, whereas OriginOS 6, based on Android 16, runs the show in the software department.

Vivo has rolled out specific promotional benefits for buyers, including a flat 10% discount on UPI transactions on HDFC, SBI and Axis Bank cards. Alternatively, buyers can choose a 10% exchange bonus or up to 24 months of no-cost EMI.

Vivo X300 FE isn't the only phone affected by the RAM crisis. A slew of Vivo, Oppo, OnePlus, Xiaomi and more smartphones have received price hikes since the start of 2026. More comprehensive information about the price hikes can be found in our smartphone price hike tracker.

With the RAM crisis seemingly expected to worsen, it wouldn't be surprising if the price of the newest variant increases over time. The prices aren't expected to take a breather until 2029.
