Vivo X300 Ultra Could Launch as Early as This Month

Rumours around the upcoming much-anticipated Vivo X300 Ultra have been circulating for months, revealing much of its hardware. While most specifications have either already leaked or been teased by the brand, the exact launch timeline remained unclear. That may have changed now, as a new leak suggests the Vivo X300 Ultra launch could happen as early as the end of March 2026.

Vivo X300 Ultra launch date could be set for March 30

Recent leaks from a well-known tipster, Bald Panda, indicate that the Vivo X300 Ultra could launch in China by the end of this month. Now, if we take a look at the brand's previous launch strategies, both the Vivo X200 Ultra and Vivo X100 Ultra launched on a Monday. Going by this, the next Ultra could launch on March 30, 2026, which is also a Monday.

The brand recently revealed the Vivo X300 Ultra camera specifications, alongside providing a look at the internals of the upcoming flagship. The phone will feature a 200 MP Sony LYT-901 main sensor, a 50 MP ultrawide Sony IMX818 sensor, and a 200 MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto sensor.

The Vivo X300 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and could feature a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It could also boast a large 7,000mAh battery with 100W fast charging and 40W wireless charging.

While the next Ultra flagship from Vivo will launch in China first, the global variant of the Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to break its China exclusivity this time. The phone is expected to launch in India in the second quarter of this year.

The Vivo X300 Ultra is not the only device going official, as the Vivo X300s and Vivo Pad 6 Pro tablet could launch alongside. The X300s could be China-exclusive, but could arrive in India as the Vivo X300T. As for the tablet, it may not make it outside of China.
