Ahead of its official launch on March 30, 2026, the Vivo X300 Ultra has appeared on Geekbench. The test results showcase exceptional single and multi-core scores alongside details of the onboard RAM, Android version and the processor once again.
Vivo X300 Ultra scores well in Geekbench
Listed under the model number V2547DA, the Vivo X300 Ultra delivers impressive performance on Geekbench, achieving a single-core score of 3,722 and a multi-core score of 11,621.

The listing confirms many previous rumours, including that the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. It will be paired with 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and will run Android 16 layered with Vivo's OriginOS 6 features. The performance could be complemented by fast UFS 4.1 storage.
While the listing doesn't reveal anything else, we already know from the existing information that the Vivo X300 Ultra cameras will be its USP. It could boast a 200 MP main camera, 200 MP periscope and a 50 MP ultrawide camera, all featuring Zeiss optics.

Powering the internals could be a 7,000mAh battery that supports 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. The front could boast a 6.82-inch 2K 120Hz LTPO AMOLED display with an ultrasonic under-display fingerprint scanner.
Vivo X300 Ultra launch date in China is set for March 30, 2026, with the phone expected to be unveiled globally sometime around April 2026. More information about the phone should be revealed as we inch closer to launch, so stay tuned.
