In an attempt to strengthen its after-sales support network in India, Motorola has now announced a nationwide Monthly Service Connect programme. The brand is also bringing free doorstep pick-up and drop services for select devices, to improve customer convenience and reduce repair turnaround time.
Motorola monthly service camps in India start from tomorrow
Starting February 28, 2026, Motorola will organise monthly service camps across authorised service centres and collection points across India. On designated days, customers can avail complimentary services such as device health checks, software updates, cleaning and sanitisation and zero inspection charges.
The brand is also offering a 10% discount on select accessories and spare parts during these service camps, making maintenance of Motorola phones and other devices more affordable.

In addition, as mentioned, Motorola has introduced a free doorstep repair service for eligible smartphones, including models from its Signature, Edge and Razr series. Under this programme, devices will be picked up from customers' homes, services at authorised centres and delivered back at no extra cost. Service requests can be raised through Motorola's official support channels.
Not to mention that Motorola Signature users also get the added Signature club membership advantage, which brings privileges like 24x7 live agent assistance, lifestyle services and more.
The brand is also strengthening its digital support ecosystem with AI-enabled tools like the Device Help app, the Software Fix tool, Intelligent Voice Assistance and its chatbot, Moli, offering 24x7 assistance across platforms, including WhatsApp and the web.
Moreover, Motorola is also planning to scale its service network to over 1,200 touchpoints by the end of FY 2027. It's quite the bonus, considering the smartphone market is going through a severe crisis due to the global RAM shortage.
Recently, Motorola also kicked off Android 17 beta in India, becoming the first major OEM to do so. Looks like Motorola has been busy trying to solidify long-term customer support as competition intensifies in India's smartphone market and we're all for it.
