After multiple leaks, teasers and updates, OnePlus has finally made the OnePlus 15 and the Ace 6 smartphones official in China. Both phones feature top-of-the line displays, massive batteries, flagship Snapdragon processors and more. Here is a complete rundown of the latest OnePlus phones specifications, pricing and availability details.
OnePlus 15 and Ace 6 brings "Elite" performance to the table
Kicking things off with the design of the OnePlus 15 and the OnePlus Ace 6, both phones now feature the new square camera deco that we saw first on the OnePlus 13s. This brings a major shift in the design of both phones since the OnePlus 11 back in 2023.

Additionally, both phones now feature a flat profile with R-angles and a metal mid-frame. Just like the 13s, there is also the AI Plus Mind button on the left side of both smartphones with the power and volume buttons on the right.
On the display front, both phones from OnePlus feature the same 6.78-inch BOE X3 1.5K 8T flat OLED panel with 165 Hz refresh rate and hardware-level low brightness of up to 1 nit. However, there are some big differences between them as well.
For instance, while OnePlus features an adaptive LTPO OLED panel, the Ace 6 settles for an LTPS OLED display. Also, the OnePlus 15 gets a brighter display at 6,000 nits compared to the 3,500 nits on the Ace 6.

Moving on, in terms of performance, under the hood, the OnePlus 15 gets the latest and the greatest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor from Qualcomm. Meanwhile, OnePlus has opted for the last year's Snapdragon 8 Elite for the Ace 6 smartphone. Both phones can be paired with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
Software-wise, both phones are the first OnePlus devices in China to ship with the Android 16-based ColorOS 16 update out of the box. The new OS skin is packed to the brim with features like AI themes and wallpapers, a new transparent design language, updated iconography, Flux Themes 2.0, Oppo O+ Connect cross-platform connectivity features and AI tools like Portrait Glow and Master Cut.

Now, moving to the cameras, this is where the OnePlus 15 and the Ace 6 start to differ majorly. For instance, while the 15 gets a triple rear camera setup, the Ace 6 brings a dual lens module. Both phones sport the same 50 MP Sony IMX906 main camera with a 1/1.56-inch sensor size and support for Auto Focus and OIS.
However, the Ace 6 tones it down with an 8 MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide lens compared to the 50 MP Samsung OVD50D ultra-wide module on the 15. Additionally, there is also a 50 MP Samsung JN5 W-shaped periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x in-sensor zoom in the OnePlus 15. Other than that, there is a 32 MP Sony IMX709 selfie camera on both smartphones.
Now, coming to the battery and charging department, while the OnePlus 15 features a massive 7,300mAh battery upgrade, the Ace 6 knocks it out of the park with a 7,800mAh capacity cell. Both phones also gain 120W fast USB-C charging, with the 15 also bringing 50W wireless charging to the table.

Apart from that, both phones bring an official IP66 + IP68 + IP69 + IP69K rating, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, G2 network chip, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, dual 5G SIM support and more.
Lastly, regarding their pricing, the OnePlus 15 starts at 3,999 Chinese yuan (approximately Rs 50,000) for the 12 GB + 256 GB model. Meanwhile, the Ace 6 has retailed from 2,799 Chinese yuan (approximately Rs 35,000) for the same base variant.
Interested folks can purchase the OnePlus 15 in the Original Sand Dune, Mist Purple and Absolute Black options. As for the Ace 6, it comes in the Quick Silver, Flash White and Black colourways.
