As Apple prepares to release the iPhone 18 series, new leaks outlining the brand's future hardware roadmap have surfaced alongside new renders. While we've heard that Apple is revamping the design of the iPhone 20 series, new renders give us our first glimpse at what all those changes look like when they come together.

Apple iPhone 20 Renders Leaked

A recent supply chain report and a new render video published by YouTube channel FPT confirm previous leaks that the iPhone 20 could get a massive overhaul. However, adding to the same, FPT revealed the renders of iPhone 20, shedding light on its potential design from all angles.

For starters, the previously rumoured Quad-Curved iPhone 20 display can be seen in action, which Apple is reportedly making in collaboration with LG and Samsung.  The phone appears to have a nearly bezel-less appearance from the front, alongside the previously leaked under-display Face ID.

From the sides, it looks like the series could finally enforce and start the no physical buttons trend, which the brand has been aiming to do for years. It's expected to be replaced by touch controls with haptic feedback. The renders also point to a fresh new back design which resembles the Pixel's camera bar a lot.

The rumours suggest that Apple will skip the iPhone 19 nomenclature and jump to the iPhone 20 series to coincide with the iPhone's 20th anniversary. This is similar to when Apple skipped the iPhone 9 series to release iPhone X during iPhone's 10 years.

Beyond just the design, the iPhone 20 is also expected to house internal upgrades. If everything goes well, we're looking at a 2nm Apple A21-powered series with a rumoured 200 MP main camera. Notably, the phone is also rumoured to adopt high-density silicon-carbon batteries finally.

However, the hardware is still in very early stages of development and is reportedly facing manufacturing hurdles. Apple and its display partners are working on reducing the brightness along the curved edges of the new OLED panels to ensure the under-display Face ID can maintain faster unlocking speeds.

Meanwhile, Apple is all set to announce the iPhone 18 series later this year alongside the iPhone Fold. For those unaware, curved displays were reportedly going to arrive on iPhone 18 Pro, alongside a shrunk-down Dynamic Island.

While the latter seems to be happening, we can't say for sure if the iPhone 18 Pro will get the new display tech or if Apple will reserve it for iPhone's 20th anniversary and for the iPhone 20.

That said, with the iPhone 18 series rumoured to be announced in the fall of 2026, we should hear more about the series soon. We already know that iPhone 18 could get the Limit IP address tracking feature with the upcoming C2 modem. More information about the upcoming series should be revealed as we inch closer to launch, so stay tuned.
