Lava is reportedly gearing up to launch the successor to its popular mid-range smartphone from last year, the Lava Agni 3. The Lava Agni 4 could arrive by the end of this year with a massive battery and a mid-range processor.
Lava Agni 4 could trade cameras for performance
Lava Agni 4's official launch teaser poster briefly appeared on the Lava website, but has since then been taken down. The poster confirms a November 2025 launch, although no specifications were revealed.

However, leaks suggest that the successor to the Agni 3 could boast a 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED display and will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8350 SoC.
Powering the internals could be a 7,000mAh battery. Optics-wise, the device could feature a 50 MP dual-camera setup. Another highlight could be the UFS 4.0 storage underneath, which could help the device achieve better file transfer speeds.
Rumours also suggest the device will boast a metal frame, which we can almost confirm from the poster. Besides, it also reveals that the device will arrive with a pill-shaped vertical camera island.

For those unaware, the Lava Agni 3 had a 1.5K curved AMOLED display and came with MediaTek Dimensity 7300X. It also boasted a vapour cooling chamber alongside a triple camera setup.
If Agni 4's leaked specifications are anything to go by, while it does bring improved performance, it's looking like a downgrade in a few areas, especially in the camera segment. However, we will reserve our thoughts until the phone launches in November 2025.
While Lava hasn't unveiled the exact launch date of the device, more about the device should be unveiled as we get closer to the November 2025 launch. Until then, stay tuned.
