OnePlus 15 will feature triple cameras and come in three colours

The information arrives courtesy of user Old Chen Air on Weibo. Some of which include information that we already know, like the OnePlus 15 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. It also reiterates what OnePlus revealed not too long ago – OnePlus 15's 165Hz display.

The information adds to it, suggesting the OnePlus 15 could feature 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The leaked specifications suggest the display could be a BOE 6.78-inch 1.5K unit that can get as bright as 1,800 nits with support for Dolby Vision.

The 7,300mAh battery is a massive step up from the 6,000mAh unit on the OnePlus 13. The charging speeds could also be bumped to 120W. It's worth noting that the final battery capacity and charging speeds may differ depending on the countries it launches in.

As for the cameras, it reportedly consists of a 50 MP wide Sony LYT-700 snapper with OIS, a 50 MP ultrawide JN5 sensor and a 50 MP telephoto Samsung JN5 sensor with 3.5x optical zoom and OIS.

Other specifications could include an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, better haptics, an IR blaster, an excellent Vapour cooling system and IP68/69 water and dust resistance. Besides, the phone could also feature a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port for faster data transfers and display output.

Lastly, the phone will reportedly arrive in three colours – Purple, Titanium and Black, and in five storage variants – 12 GB + 256 GB, 12 GB + 512 GB, 16 GB + 256 GB, 16 GB + 512 GB and 16 GB + 1 TB. With OnePlus rumoured to announce the OnePlus 15 in October 2025 in China, we can expect the device to launch globally soon after.

In fact, the OnePlus 15 has been teased for India and could arrive with OxygenOS 16 out of the box. The brand also recently partnered with Google to bring Mind Space integration to Gemini, which is expected to be available on the OnePlus 15 at launch. With only a month left for November 2025, new information about the OnePlus 15 should start dropping soon, so stay tuned.
