Samsung's upcoming Galaxy S26 series smartphones have been leaking consistently for the past few days. Recently, the CAD renders of the Galaxy S26 and the S26 Plus surfaced online. Now, the entire lineup has suffered a complete dimension and screen size leak.
Galaxy S26 is getting thicker, while the S26 Ultra is getting thinner
Tipster Ice Universe made an X post to reveal the screen sizes and the overall dimensions of the Samsung Galaxy S26 series. According to the data, it is clearly evident that Samsung will add a bigger screen to the standard Galaxy S26 and make it thicker than the last generation as well.

The leaked data indicates a 6.3-inch display and 7.24mm thickness. The upcoming phone will also be slightly taller and wider, at 149.4mm and 71.5mm. For context, the Galaxy S25 featured a 6.2-inch screen with 146.9 x 70.5 x 7.2 mm dimensions. This falls in line with the Galaxy S26 leaked renders details which shared almost similar dimensions.
Now, while the regular S26 is getting a bit thicker, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is seemingly going thin. It will allegedly sport a 7.9mm thickness compared to the 8.2mm chassis on the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The device is also going to be tall and wide at 163.6mm and 78.1mm, respectively. However, the screen size remains the same at 6.9 inches.

Lastly, the only phone with no changes to the previous model is the Galaxy S26 Plus. It will reportedly feature the same 6.7-inch screen with 7.3mm thickness. Also, just like the Galaxy S25+, it will measure the same horizontally and vertically at 75.8mm and 158.4mm, respectively. These are slightly different from what we saw with the Galaxy S26+ CAD renders that leaked a few hours back.
That said, since these are just leaks at the time of writing, take them with a pinch of salt. With the Galaxy S26 launch delayed till February 2026, we still have ample time for leaks and rumours to properly surface before anything goes official.
