Key details of Vivo's upcoming X200T have surfaced ahead of its expected India launch. The information comes from noted tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd on X), who claims that the phone is likely to debut in India by the end of January 2026. Additionally, the tipster also spilt some of the Vivo X200T key specifications, giving us a good idea of what the phone will pack.
Vivo X200T key specifications leaked
The Vivo X200T is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The Immortalis G925 GPU will handle all of the graphics-intensive duties. For those unaware, the Dimensity 9400+ is just an overclocked and slightly enhanced version of the Dimensity 9400, with the prime core being capable of clocking at 3.73 GHz instead of 3.63 GHz on the regular variant.

On the software front, the phone is said to run on Android 15 out of the box, which is rather disappointing. However, it will understandably be a part of the OriginOS 6 supported devices list. Vivo is also said to offer five Android OS updates and seven years of security patches.
The Vivo X200T is also said to feature a 6.67-inch flat 1.5K OLED LTPS BOE Q10 display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 1,600 nits HBM. Security is said to be handled by a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.
As for cameras, the phone is said to feature a triple 50 MP rear setup, consisting of a Sony IMX921 OIS VCS 2.0 main sensor, a Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens and a 50 MP IMX882 3x periscope telephoto camera. A 32 MP front camera is expected for selfies and video calls.
Fueling the phone could be a 6,200mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. The Vivo X200T is said to measure 7.99mm in thickness and weigh between 203 to 205 grams.
Additional highlights include a virtual graphics card, super-resolution and frame interpolation for a better gaming experience. To keep thermals in check, the phone will reportedly arrive with a 4.5K nanofluid vapour chamber cooling system for sustained performance.
Connectivity options will include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and an IR Blaster and dual stereo speakers. The phone could also use an X-axis linear motor for haptics and sport IP68 + IP69 ratings.
Vivo hasn't officially confirmed anything about the phone yet, so take it all with a grain of salt. However, if it's all indeed true, expect the brand to start teasing the Vivo X200T in the coming weeks.
