Summary

  • Nothing Phone (3) design renders have leaked giving us a good look at the phone's design.
  • The camera module stands out with its uniquely misaligned periscope sensor.
  • Rest of the transparent design language is similar to what we've been seeing from the brand so far.

The Nothing Phone (3) is all set to launch in India and globally on July 1, 2025. Now, ahead of launch, the phone's design has leaked in all its glory, helping us piece together what seems like the final look.

Thanks to folks over at Android Headlines, we now have official-looking renders of the brand's first "true flagship." We get to see the phone in the classic Black and White colour options. Besides, we get a good look at not just the front and back, but the sides of the device as well.

Now, while there's nothing extraordinary about the front, the Nothing Phone (3) back panel is far from ordinary. The camera module is uniquely misaligned, with the telephoto sensor placed on an individual island at the top-left corner.

A grille, which is most likely the rear microphone is the only other one stranded on this island with the periscope lens. Now, this falls in line with the 50 MP periscope camera confirmation Nothing gave us earlier today.

As for the other two sensors, they are placed on two square segments right underneath. Meanwhile, at the top right corner, there's the Glyph Matrix whose positioning was teased by the brand a while back. Now, in between the Glyph Matrix and periscope camera, there is a strange design element that seems to be smiling right at us.

Now, since the Nothing Phone (3) is ditching the Glyph Interface, there are no coils or LED strips at the back. However, it still looks very familiar and the brand's transparent identity is retained throughout. We also see six glossy screws at the back, that are darker than the respective colour options. While it's not clear from the image, given the expected 800 pounds price tag of the device, expect the back panel to be glass.

We also finally know where the "button" that the brand recently teased is. It sits a couple inches away and under the Glyph Matrix, possibly serving the function to turn the tech on or off.

As for buttons, we get to see the left side of the frame house the volume rockers. Meanwhile, on the right, there's the power button with the Essential Key sitting right under. Even though the images don't make it clear, we expect the frame of the Nothing Phone (3) to be metal.

In terms of specifications, the brand has already confirmed the device to arrive with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. In addition, it will also get seven years of software updates and will be a Made in India device.

Thanks to leaks and reports, we also know of some of the other expected key specifications of the Nothing Phone (3). Here's a quick rundown:

  • 6.7-inch 1.5K OLED LTPO display
  • 5,200mAh battery, 65W fast charging
  • 50 MP main camera, 50 MP ultrawide, 50 MP periscope (confirmed)
  • Android 15-based Nothing OS 3.5

With that said, it's good to be finally able to make sense of all the design puzzle before launch. However, as official-looking as these renders might be, the final product could be different. The good thing is that, the launch is not even a week away and we won't have to wait for long to know everything.
